Ambassador Program Terms

Eligibility

Any registered Elevation Gallery user may participate in the Ambassador Program. Participation is voluntary and does not create an employment or commercial relationship between the ambassador and Elevation Gallery S.A.S.

Referral commission

When someone purchases an artwork using your referral link or code, you earn a share of the net sale value. The specific conditions are:

• The current commission rate is shown on the program page and may change with prior notice.
• The commission is calculated on the sale price excluding taxes and shipping costs.
• Commission payments are managed manually and agreed directly with the Elevation Gallery team.

Referral code usage

Your referral code is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your account or allow third parties to use your code on your behalf to fraudulently generate commissions.

Prohibited conduct

The following practices result in immediate cancellation from the program:

• Using paid advertising on behalf of Elevation Gallery without express authorization.
• Spam, deception, or any form of dishonest acquisition.
• Self-purchases using your own referral code to generate artificial commissions.

Termination

Elevation Gallery reserves the right to cancel any ambassador's participation for violations of these terms, without prior notice and without obligation to pay pending commissions derived from prohibited conduct.

Modifications

These terms may be modified at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use of your referral code implies acceptance of the current terms.
