All prices are expressed in Colombian pesos (COP) and include VAT when applicable. Prices may vary without notice. The final price you pay will be the one shown when confirming your purchase, including shipping costs and applicable taxes.

• Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days in Colombia
• International shipping: 15-30 business days depending on destination
• All artworks include shipping insurance and tracking number

8. Returns and exchanges

In accordance with Law 1480 of 2011 (Colombian Consumer Statute), you have the right to:

• Withdraw from the purchase within 5 business days following receipt of the product
• Request exchange or return for manufacturing defects or shipping damage
• Receive a full refund if the artwork does not match the published description

All images, texts, designs, and website content are the property of Elevation Gallery or the represented artists. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express authorization is prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

Elevation Gallery is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the acquired artwork.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
